I bought these boots because I have owned Magnum boots before and they have been awesome, best boots I have ever had. However, after wearing for approximately 3 months for my volunteer Fire/EMS duty the zipper broke. I contacted Magnum and was told to return them to the store that I had bought them. I bought them on the website. I never did get any satisfaction with this problem. I will buy their product again, just not zipper boots.
